Clear a registry value data, by following the below steps:

  1. Start Registry Editor.
  2. Go to the below registry key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager
  1. Double-click on the key PendingFileRenameOperations.

  1. Start Server Manager.

  4. In the Features section select a feature to install; a simple feature to install is the Telnet Client or the TFTP Client. You only have to select one of them.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Click Install.
